There is an issue with a device from InsightCM and the device log files are needed.

Navigate to the device configuration page

Select a device

Action menu >> Import/Export >> Export device log files (if it is for a support ticket we recommend downloading all files to send to the Cutsforth support team)

Wireless Battery Log (if a NI wireless device)
