Issue Details
In previous versions of InsightCM, a message appeared in the Trend Graph whenever a sensor was in an Open or Short state. After updating to a newer version, that message no longer appears in the Trend Graph. Is this a bug?
Solution/Procedure
This is not a bug. Starting in InsightCM 3.10, the Open and Short sensor messages were moved out of the Trend Graph and are now reported on the Notifications page. If you are running InsightCM 3.10 or later, follow these steps to find them:
1. In InsightCM, open the Navigation Menu > Notifications.
2. On the Notifications page, organize the Description column, sort or filter it so that related entries are grouped together.
3. Look for entries that report an Open or Short state. These are the same sensor messages that earlier versions displayed in the Trend Graph.
If you are running a version earlier than 3.10, the messages remain in the Trend Graph and the Notifications page will not list them.
