Issue Details
After installing InsightCM version 26.0.0 or later, no device images are available to install.
Solution
This is expected behavior because device images are no longer included with the InsightCM server installation package.
Starting with InsightCM 26.0.0, device images are shipped separately from the InsightCM server. To make device images available, download the required image files and upload them to the InsightCM server using one of the following methods:
1. Upload device images using InsightCM Package Management
Use the Package Management feature within InsightCM to upload and install the downloaded device image packages.
2. Manually copy device images to the server
Copy the downloaded device image files directly to the following directory on the InsightCM server:C:\Program Files\Cutsforth\InsightCM\Device Images
After completing either method, the device images will be available for use within InsightCM.
