Error "ERR_SSL_Usage_Incompatible" When Trying to Load InsightCM HTTPS Web Page

Issue Details

The InsightCM web page does not load when accessed over HTTPS. Users encounter the error ERR_SSL_Usage_Incompatible while attempting to open the InsightCM web interface.

Solution

This error occurs due to an incompatible Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate installed on the server hosting the InsightCM web application.

To resolve the issue:

1. Verify the SSL certificate currently installed on the InsightCM server.

2. Have the customer and/or their IT department generate a new, compatible SSL certificate.

3. Install the newly generated certificate on the server.

4. Reload the InsightCM HTTPS web page and confirm that the page loads successfully.
