What are the steps to download InsightCM software?

Solution / Procedure

When an organization purchases an InsightCM™ License, an approved email address is associated with the order as the "Designated Software Recipient".

Note

If an organization's Designated Software Recipient is unknown, email Support@Cutsforth.com for support. Please reference the Purchase Order number that was used to purchase the InsightCM™ License.

That person will receive an email with a download link to the software package. Once that person receives the email, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click on the download link provided in the email.

  2. Enter the approved Authorized Software Recipient's email address.

  3. Click Submit.

  4. Retrieve the 6-digit authorization code sent to that email address.

  5. Enter the code and agree to the terms & conditions (see the figure below).

    Note

    If a personal device is used for this process, leaving "Remember Me" checked will make it easier to log in in the future. If a shared device is used, it is best to uncheck this box.

  6. Click Submit.

  7. Click on the folder labeled with the version of software for download.

  8. Click on the .iso file type to begin the download.

    Note

    The file is 8 GB or larger. Download time will vary based on the internet connection.
