The Compact Brush Condition Monitoring (cBCM) System is equipped with an integrated touchscreen user interface that provides local configuration, visualization, and system status monitoring. An optional secondary display may be installed to support additional viewing locations. The cBCM System communicates wirelessly with the Brush Health Sensors using a 2.4 GHz RF Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) connection, enabling reliable data transmission in industrial environments. For integration with plant DCS or historian systems, the cBCM System supports multiple data output interfaces, including Modbus TCP/IP over Ethernet, Modbus RS‑232, and Modbus RS‑485.
If desired, the Modbus data from the cBCM System can be inputted into Cutsforth’s InsightCMTM software. For more information on InsightCMTM, including specific server requirements, visit the InsightCMTM README on the Cutsforth Support webpage at https://support.cutsforth.com.
