When your organization purchases an InsightCM™ License, an approved email address is associated with the order as the "Designated Software Recipient".
Designated Software Recipient
If you do not know who your organization's Designated Software Recipient is, email Support@Cutsforth.com for support. Please reference the Purchase Order number that was used to purchase the InsightCM™ License.
That person will receive an email with a download link to the software package. Once that person receives the email, follow the instructions below:
- Click on the download link provided in the email.
- Enter the approved Designated Software Recipient's email address.
- Click Submit.
- Retrieve the 6-digit authorization code sent to that email address.
- Enter the code and agree to the terms & conditions (see the figure below).
- Note: If you are using a personal device for this process, leaving "Remember Me" checked will make it easier to log in in the future. If you are using a shared device, it is best to uncheck this box.
- Click Submit.
- Click on the folder labeled with the version of software you want to download.
- Click on the .iso file type to begin the download.
- Note: The file is 8 GB or larger. Download speed will vary based on your internet connection.
