Complete these steps to create templates that you can use to customize emails based upon alarm levels/features in the alarm:

Select Options.
Select Email Templates and click the + button next to the Template drop-down.
Name the email template and click OK.
Complete the Description, Subject, and Contents fields as desired for the email that will be sent and click OK.
Repeat as necessary for more templates.
