To add / modify groups and email templates to an already configured alarm:

From the top-right drop-down, select Alarm > Trend Alarms.

From the Trend Rules tab on the Alarms page, select an asset and click Edit.

Select the Alarm level and click Edit.

Select Address Group and Email Template from their drop-down lists and click OK.
You now have set up an email process from InsightCM when an alarm state is triggered.
